I have a serious question; In every one of these bills, we hear how most of the millions already here would get some sort of legal status. We never hear what happens to those amongst those millions who do not meet the qualifications to become legal. so, if 9 million get legal status, what happens to the 3 million who don’t?

The 3 million who dont will blend in unnoticably.

That is the big question.
IMHO work visas are tolerable if it includes English requirements, deportation of remaining lawbreakers and a complete stop to the flow of illegal aliens.

They will introduce new legislation after this monstrosity has passed through to allow them in at a later date. As Michelle Malkin has pointed out there have been no less than seven amnesties enacted into law since the '86 Immigration Reform Act.
