Initially I was going to take exception to that statement, but I really cannot — with a couple of exceptions it stands on its own. He has really done ONE thing for this country that really counts. He, with our help, saved the SCOTUS, at least for the time being. That is his legacy.

The SCOTUS is important. However, lets not forget that we had to scream to high-heaven to keep him from screwing that up also.
