I know it’s not right nor sane to do, but at this point I think I’d vote for DH as Dictator for Life if he were to run for that position.
I am so damned fedup with these spineless jackass wanna bees in the GOP. The Grand Old Party my aching rear-end.
The Goofy Old Party is more like it.
However, lets not forget that we had to scream to high-heaven to keep him from screwing that up also.

That is why I said “with our help”....he has done far more TO thia country and FOR it. That is the true and only measure of a job — what actually happens.
Clueless Hewitt can consult Sen. Santorum, Sen. Allen, and Sen. Talent on the wisdom of such a tactic, which invariably strengthens those whose views he opposes and weakens his political allies.
Or isn't he satisfied with the size of the Democrat majority ?
In politics, you have to win to make a difference.
If they do this they again have proven it is more important to elect Conservatives istead of just Republicans.
Call your Senators NOW! It is not too late!
This confirms that the GOP leadership is the Country Club set, whose friends profit most from keeping the labor force full at whatever cost, including tens of millions of illegals flooding the country.
Screw them all.
“What POSSIBLE interest could GOP senators have in facilitating lawbreaking and illegal immigration?”
It’s about power, control and who Rules.
It’s never been about anything else.
1776 evidently didn’t teach the power elite the lesson hard enough.
It’s frightening.
Bush and...Kennedy??????
I really never thought I’d see this.
They started that in the 1930s because of the depression and it has never stopped but only continues to get worse. There have been a few who've tried to slow it down but that's the best they've been able to do. All these amnestied will be voting for democrats for decades to come so we can expect the treasury to get filled with our taxes until they can't get anymore out of us.
Apparently there are now whole industries that absolutely require low paid, preferably illegal, immigrant labor for their business models to work. It’s not just agribusiness any more, but hospitality, home building, landscaping, etc. Unfortunately the lobbyists for these sectors have tremendous influence even on otherwise good GOP politicians. They’re politicians first and their primary focus is on getting money to be re-elected. They obviously feel that conservatives have nowhere else to go. Our focus has to be on making them understand that their re-election is in severe jepopardy if they vote for amnesty.
“Pat Buchanan called them two wings of the same bird of prey.”
He’s unfortunately being proven right day after day.
However, he has done such a good job...
::::
Nice try with the tin-foil hats — just look AT THE FACTS.
We know what they are. We also know we worked hard and gave him TWO CONSECUTIVE REPUB TERMS IN THE WHITE HOUSE AND TWO MAJORITY CONGRESSES AT THE SAME TIME, during which time the ThugoRats have set the agenda day after day.
Good job? The facts speak for themselves.
When Hugh Hewitt finally gets around to worrying about immigration it means the world is about to end.
Either that or the smarmy yuppie finally discovered the amount of anger over Bush’s continued attempt to get his amnesty program, no matter what phony name he puts on it.
We don’t need ‘comprehensive immigration reform’. Just enforce the damned law.
The good job in my comments was refering to his job as a possible “plant” by the left to destroy our America. I can’t imagine anyone doing so much damage without intending to do so.
Even Rush paid token time to the immigration issue before returning to his water-boy-for-bush routine.
Hewitt used to barely disguise his contempt for those of us who want immigration law enforced.
Now he’s pretending to be one of us. I don’t believe his ‘conversion’.
You win the cigar. Hewitt has always been an open borders fool opposed to enforcing the immigration laws. Any proposal coming from him has the same merit as an immigration proposal from Dubya.
