I hope you are right .... but I would just as soon not test that theory out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't the Supreme Court strike down any hate crime laws as being unconstitutional? I hope you are right .... but I would just as soon not test that theory out. We depended on the Supreme Court to strike down the McCain/Feingold attack on the 1st amendment and look where that got us. That was the day that it occured to me that President Bush was not quite so good after all. Why he signed that abomination into law is beyond me.
