She won’t see any jail time. The reality is that this type of underhanded BS happens every day in this country when couples are divorcing, and family court judges are pretty jaded about it. The worst she’ll face is an order to pay him half of any equity she took from the home sale. Even if he finds an overzealous DA willing to throw criminal charges at her, most judges are going to look at this as the fallout from a divorce, and aren’t going to hand her anything stiffer than probation (legally, as his spouse, she had some claim to the assets she was “stealing”, so nobody is going to imprison her).

The charge is fruad and forgery, not stealing and yes she can go to jail for that.
