There is more to life than simple measurements that we are too fearful to explore. It's still taboo in science to consider the alternative dimensions to what we can see with our eyes and touch with our hands. This is a limit that must be overcome for science to ever be taken seriously.

We've been taking measurements beyond what we can see with our eyes and touch with our hands for years. Telescopes, microscopes, gas chromatography, linear accelerators, et cetera. The list goes on and on. We surpassed simple measurements centuries ago. So what is this taboo you are talking about?

Science is, by definition, concerned with physical, deterministic phenomena. To suggest science be anything else requires a redefinition of the word. That is ludicrous.
