Nice spin, unspun...
You go ahead and justify for me allowing some American states to be havens for murdering infants in the womb.
Then do the same regarding being pro state's choice regarding slavery. That worked out really well, too.
Without disagreeing with you that abortion is the largest genocide in human history... By returning abortion decisions to the states, we essentially remove 30+ states from the battlefield with a single stroke. Right now we’re fighting abortion in every state, in almost every township or region in the country. With Roe undone, we can focus our efforts on getting abortion on the ballots in every state that doesn’t immediately outlaw it. AND. If abortion is on the ballot, you can bet that the conservative base will be mobilized and you will see another takeover of the government by conservatives (not republicans). Thus allowing us to push through a constitutional amendment against the killing of life in the womb - citing the 30-40 states which currently outlaw it.
It might take 30 years to end the killing, but i’d rather be on a path that will take 30 years than on a path where we have to convince the entire country AND THEN convince US congressmen to vote it out. No guarantee it’ll stop either way, but learn from the libs and get what we want a little push at a time. /rant
If I recall correctly prior to Roe vs. Wade nearly 2/3 of all states were havens for the unborn, now there are zilch, thanks to the Supreme Court.
