Pure politics because if Putin actually believed what he said then he simply is brutally ignorant which of course he is not. In fact, the statement is pretty much what Kennedy has been belching out over the last 7 years. Unfortunately, and unlike Putin, Kennedy’s ramblings stem simply from pure ignorance and stupidity.
