If there is any deluded soul that still thinks Bush is or ever was a conservative this should put that idea to rest.

Bush is neither. He is a "Free Trader", as was Clinton, Bush Sr. and dozens more before him going back centuries. His signing this agreement has nothing to do with politics. It's all about money.

Don’t forget Ronald Reagan. Less government regulation of business, including trade is the conservative position.
