WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A year and a half before the 2008 presidential election, Rudy Giuliani and Sen. John McCain are leading the Republican pack, according to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll out Monday.
Asked whom they would most likely support for the Republican nomination, 25 percent of people who identified themselves as Republicans or leaning Republican cited the former mayor of New York and 23 percent cited the senator from Arizona.

So much for the 40% Rudy of a month ago. LOL. Lets work to get it to 15 % next month.
This is not surprising. Look for Romney to continue slowly improving his position.
Giuliani did it to himself, and is continuing to do it.
Fred is doing pretty well, considering that he hasn’t announced.
Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani in his campaign appearances this year has stated that he personally abhors abortion, even though he supports keeping a legal right to choose. But records show that in the ‘90s he contributed money at least six times to Planned Parenthood, one of the country’s leading abortion rights groups and its top provider of abortions.

...AND watch CNN, are 100% liars.
Why doesn't CNN poll FOX viewers if they want a sampling of those who lean republican?
It is not suprising that a democrat push poll wants McCrazy. I am hving a hard time though figuring out why cut and run is only at 1%. Maybe the dimwits have not found out even the Republicans have one coward in its ranks.
One scary possibility, McCain is worse.
Actually Rudy only lost 2 points from the last CNN poll. The 'big' move was Romney up 4.
Not sure about the “last poll” but I recall CNN polls showing him doubling McCains numbers in the not so distant future.
Make that distant past

The frontrunner is the frontrunner. That’s the bottom line.
The circular firing squad around here is emblematic of why we’re looking at President Hillary.
If you want to SPLIT and DIVIDE the Republican Party WIDE OPEN,,,,
a LIBERAL like JulieAnnie is JUST THE MAN FOR THE JOB!!
You are free to push for a liberal GOP nominee. I’m free to push for a conservative one. That’s what a primary is all about.
The polling error of +- 4.5% indicates that the race is wide open. A lot can change in the next eight months.
No doubt about that.
As long as Rudy’s numbers are MOVING DOWN,,,it’s a GOOD THING!
