it’s not harsh...I think it sounds that way to someone who has let the darkside make plausible excuses in their minds about letting it be legal. It would be good if Rudy had a true awakening as to that fact and admitted it to everyone. Then I think no one could beat him...except maybe Romney.
I prefer Hunter of those running now. Fred Thompson will be a formidable oponent should he run. As for Rudy, he is beatable - Hillary IS the NY senator after all, not him.
