Bill Clinton expressed his support for Sego, so the result cannot be welcomed by Hillary and him. I am sure Hillary would have liked a woman President of France to go with Angela Merkle’s Chancellorship. Sego tried to pull the gender card, it didn’t work.
You’re right - her defeat is a definite SLAP in the face of fellow socialists, HR and B Clinton (and their lapdog hordes).
