I am at the ladyinred, and chadsworth aka Connie and Tom’s , home now, Connie is still with us. She is receiving pain medication, and being kept comfortable. She communicates now and then, seems sort of aware of all that is going on.
They have some great friends and neighbors up here in this close knit community that they live in. Food pours in from everywhere, love and support as well.
I dont know what else to say at this point, except that her family thanks you all for you continued prayers and support.
Prayers for Connie and Tom and all of you.
Hugs to you. What a joy that you have been privileged to have had such a wonderful friend! May the Holy Spirit’s presence bring you comfort and strength during this time of missing your friend. Most of us have only known LIR from “afar” through this gathering place of likeminded (to some degree) people who love and cherish freedom and our nation and its founding principles and promise! She has been such an inspiration to me personally...and a joy to “read” earlier when she was posting and then to “read about” from others who know her better.
We have lost so many great and beloved souls....this “family”.....recently it seems.
But again we know, that this life is not all there is. We have God’s Word on it. We have the empty tomb and the One who broke the chains of death and hell for us that we might be made fit to enter heaven with Him! So there is sadness and mourning....but not as those who have no hope....
Oh grave where is your victory! Oh Death where is your sting!
That is so beautiful. A wonderful Ladyinred has continued prayers, and praying for her family and loved ones. Hugs.
thank you so much for letting us know what’s happening.. even during this difficult time... continued prayers..and much love.
Prayers are continuing for Connie, Tom, your Mom, you and the rest of LIR’s family.
Thank you for posting updates at this difficult time.
Father, hear our prayers.
thank you for the support for LIR & also reporting to us..
Prayers for ALL of you!
Please continue to pray for Connie & Tom....
See Clovis’ post, #881.
Thank you for this update...they’re all being held up in prayer...
Father hear our prayers.
Amen.
All I can do is pray for this great lady. I’ll also say prayers for her family - hang in there...

From the book, “Peace of Mind”, by Rabbi Joshua Loth Liebman
Rabbi Joshua Loth Liebman wrote,
I often feel that death is not the enemy of life, but its friend, for it
is the knowledge that our years are limited which makes them so precious.
It is the truth that time is but lent to us, which makes us, at our best,
look upon our years as a trust handed into our temporary keeping. We are
like children, privileged to spend a day in a great park, a park filled
with many playgrounds and azure tinted lakes with white boats sailing upon
tranquil waves.
True, the day allotted to each one of us is not the same in length, in
light, in beauty. Some children of earth are privileged to spend a long
sunlit day in the garden of the earth.
For others, the day is shorter, cloudier, and dusk descends more quickly
as in a winters tale.
But, whether our life is a long summery day or a short wintry afternoon,
we know that inevitably there are storms and squalls which overcast even
the bluest heaven and there are sunlit rays which pierce the darkest
autumn sky. The day that we are privileged to spend in the great park of
life is not the same for all human beings, but there is enough beauty and
joy and gaiety in the hours if we will but treasure them.
Then, for each one of us the moment comes when the great nurse, death,
takes man, the child, by the hand and quietly says, It is time to go
home. Night is coming. It is your bedtime, child of earth. Come, youre
tired.
Lie down at last in the quiet nursery of nature and sleep. Sleep well. The
day is gone. Stars shine in the canopy of eternity.
Prayers for Connie and her loving family, and all those who love her.
Our prayers continue...
