Hey, if someone wants to vote against someone merely because he/she disagree with their theology, without any regard to their positions on the issues or what their behavior has been in the past, he/she should go for it. But I would still call him/her a loon.

Which again, means that if someone wants to vote FOR someone merely because he/she AGREES with their theology, without any regard to their positions on the issues or what their behavior has been in the past, he/she should go for it. But I would still call him/her a loon. Right? That's your position extended to the other side of the coin?

Right?

Exactly. Voting for someone just because they call themselves a Christian is dumb. (Clinton called himself a Christian, which shows that 'faith labels' don't work.)
