Romney won, but Gilmore was my favorite.
I think two things stood out on the downside.
McCain came across programmed and Rooty came across uninspiring. For a mavarick Pubbie and a high energy liberal, respectively, not a good outcome for either man.

I thought Tancredo started out really tight (I was embarrassed for him after the second question), but he was able to turn it around after a while and actually fared okay in the end.

I thought the leftwing mayor would do much better. This was about as friendly a crowd as he could hope for, being liberal Arnie country.
Rudi fell flat. Given he generally uses the same kind of fast-paced talking himself just like Chrissy Matthews does, you'd think he would have done much better in this debate format.
