The UN thing is a new one on me as well, and I live in Accomac County.........
This happened with the National Parks back in the 90’s. I didn’t realize Assateague was part of it though. Guess they included National Seashores as well. And, if I remember correctly, it is by treaty, not law, so it supercedes any laws.
