Dickson was the 13th Texas inmate put to death this year in the nation's busiest capital punishment state. 13th ?? Its almost MAY and they could do ONLY 13 ? They are not busy. Lackadaisical is more like it! I remember back in the late 90s when Bush was gov, the death chamber in Huntsville used to run at near full capacity with Tuesdays and Thursdays being execution nights.
