You asked another poster — “Would you feel the same way if it had been a couple of dudes?”
—
Nope, sure wouldn’t. So, that begs the question, “Does it seem different if it’s a man looking at something like that with two men? In other words, it would be the same for women looking at two women that way, too Or — does it seem somehow different from the standpoint of two women versus two men.
No, this is not a trick question; just wondering if it is the same in the view of women, or it seems different in the view of women. (I don’t belong to that side of the fence, you see...)...
My point was that there seems to be a double standard. Homosexuality is much more culturally acceptable if its between women rather than men. I believe that we can thank pornographers and the media for that.
My one person survey reveals that viewing two women engaged in intimate acts is repugnant to a heterosexual woman. Viewing two men in such a situation is much less so. It would appear to be simply a gender reversed case of my own reaction.
Perhaps others have different ideas.
seeing two men kiss each other would not appeal to me, as two women kissing seem to appeal to a lot of men...
Seeing two attractive men would be preferable, but I wouldn't post it because it would send all of the men reading this thread screaming out of the room.
There is a segment of the female population that does have a fascination with opposite sex couplings, but it's much smaller than the male counterpart.
