"protect a woman's constitutional right to choose"

The Wadler cannot find the "right to choose" ANYWHERE in the U.S. Constitution, so the Liberals are going to try to amend the Constitution via legislation? HA!

As Mike Rowe would say, "I can smell it now....."

The Wadler cannot find the "right to choose" ANYWHERE in the U.S. Constitution,

I don't know why he can't, the '73 SCOTUS found it lurking in the "penumbra" that constantly hovers over the Constitution like a mysterious fog. Nobody had ever seen it before 1973, but seven members of the Burger court tracked it down to it's lair and dragged it out into the light of day.

Surely The Wadler could find it if he put his nose to the ground and sniffed it out. Of course if he ever put his nose to the ground it would take a large forklift to get him back on his feet again.

BTW, Chief Justice Burger had no trouble finding a woman's right to hire doctors to kill their unborn babies in the Constitution, but for some reason he was unable find a right to keep and bear arms in the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution. According to his article in Parade magazine a few years ago, he couldn't see anything in the phrase, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" that says people have a right to keep and bear arms. Maybe if he had looked in that "penumbra" he trusted so much he might have found it hiding behind the right to kill unborn babies.
