Jeeez. Don't confuse them with the facts.
After all they want people to feel the eeeevil of people being able to even see an image of firearms/accessories/ammo/military surplus gear/etc., etc., etc. online.
Why, how much more eeeeevil would it be if they could go see this stuff in person? (/SARCASM)
I expect the raving hoplophobes to mount a full scale assault on the RKBA, gunshows and all the 'usual suspects', and no facts will stop them from doing so.
I believe common sense is beginning to prevail, that people are beginning to realize that the capability of returning fire is the only viable solution to sudden terroristic violence, but that will only cause the antis to go to a full court press at this stage of the game.
Donations to the CCRKBA, NRA, GOA, SAF, JPHO, and others who support the RKBA are especially important, as these are just the opening media salvos in the latest battle. The more organizations we can bring to the fore to defend the right, the better our chances.

example of use of clipSomebody needs to educate them.
Next thing you know, they'll be listing semi-automatic-only rifles as "assault rifles".

It is also perfectly legal to sell ammo on line. You can buy ammor from Cabelas online or over the phone or simply by mailing in an order form. Nothing illegal about it. It is simply the DBM trying to stir people up so they can get repressive gun laws passed.

Morons. High cap magazines were always available during the “ban”. If they were manufactured before 1994, they were perfectly legal, but because of the “ban” they were more expensive.

Forward a copy to numbnutz at ABC/NBC/See BS.
I doubt they would learn anything from it tho....they would have to want to learn.

They’re already spreading the lies about the easy availability of “automatic” pistols. This is the first salvo. By the time the primaries begin, it will be the “evil” Republicans who want your kids shot to death. After all, we also want them to be poisoned by pollution and shipped off to fight illegal wars if they survive their childhood. Oprah will be the only one that can save them from us.

Don't feel too sorry for ebay and Paypal they have a holier than thou attitude about guns and gun parts.
Use Paypal to pay for ammo, they cancel your account according to some people.
The fact that some "journalist" named ebay when writing something he had no clue about is poetic justice.

Who cares if they sell ammo, magazines and clips on ebay?
Where’s the story?

I’ve been trying to find out how many rounds he had in total.
Each gun came with two clips each. With the additional 2 clips for the .22 that would be six clips total.
The 9mm clips had a 15 round capacity and the .22 10.
Fully loaded he would have been able to go in there with 72 rounds including one in each chamber.
I read they have found evidence 168 rounds were fired but say it could be as many as 175 to 225 shots fired. That means he had to reload many times after he used up his intial rounds.
To: digger48
That would not surprise me. Why should they concern themselves with facts?
Imho, though, E-Bay has scrupulously maintained a policy of not selling live ammo online, and may be able to sue.

We were also told that he used high capacity magazines that were banned under the assault weapons ban act of 1993.The law was 10 round capacity but the ban expired in 2004 so the standard 15 round clips sold with the Glock were perfectly legal.
To: MindBender26
I agree. They are just trying to muddy the waters, like they did when they said that the murderer bought the Walther online. He paid for it online, but the weapon was shipped to a local, legitimate dealer and the background check was performed before he could take possession.

“Ammo From E-Bay?”
Why go through all the hassle of buying ammo through e-bay when it is readily available at Wallmart at a very reasonable price?
