No more or less than a coal fired electrical plant, or a natural gas plant.

A nuclear plant has more concrete, because it is used to shield the environment from radiation and contain any accident. The containment buildings are actually designed to withstand a direct hit by a passenger jet.

I bet a gas fired or coal plant has more piping and steel, no to mention the steel at the refineries required for a natural gas plant and pipelines (which require concrete footings).
