Posting on FreeRepublic has never been a problem for me because, to the extent that there is any divergence between my libertarian views and the prevailing conservative views of this website, I do not use this forum to advance any contradictory positions.

You have my permission to do so.
I have been on this forum for six years. That hardly anyone had any clue that I am a libertarian is attributable to the fact that I recognized that it was not appropriate for me for push libertarian sentiments here, to the extent that they were not consistent with core conservative values.
Now, if that is the proper way to proceed for me, why is it so beyond the pale for moderates or liberals?
