Well, to begin with, I was posting to someone else over this issue and do not know you. But that is fine, you have chosen to respond to me.
Like I said, I have known them for a long time and their posting history speaks for itself in most of the cases.
Like I also said, I do not know all that went on to bring them to this point and did not comment on it, so your post that I “must have seen it”, is not accurate from the get go.
My point is simple, I have known them for many years, have seen and agreed with many, many of their posts and activities. I am sad to see them go.
Like I have also said, support of Rudy is an absolute no-opt for me on basic core principle, and I have posted it many times on FR and to those who support Rudy in an effort to let them know how I feel. Even though I have been diametrically opposed to them over this, I was never on the receiving end of attack posts...but that’s just my experience.
I do believe, and am glad that Jim has come out on this issue as he has. I believe it caught a lot of people off guard. But it is well past time IMHO that the conservative base comes out firmly against the likes of a Rudy nomination IMHO.
Bravo to that!
Really? Here's the post I chose to respond to:

Yes, well, others have been on the receiving end of their attacks. Grunt called me a butch at least 15 times on this thread, which was right in keeping with his posting history, as was his accusation that I'm a lesbian. I don't recall being on the receiving end of Registered's vitriol, but others were. I don't have to be the target to understand that it was wrong. I don't approve of others being abused, as long as it's not me. I don't feed the alligator, hoping to be eaten last.
All of the liberals who have gotten the zot had it coming to them. And Free Republic is already a better place because of it. Some of them were nastier than others, but they all competed for the "honor."
