I try to focus the walk and downplay the latest talk. As much as I want to believe Mitt Romney, I am not inclined to believe what he says while he is in campaign mode. Especially when I compare it to what he actually DID while Governor. He's Rudy-lite, in my opinion, without all of the adultery baggage. I wish it wasn't so. To me he LOOKS presidential. Too bad we can't have someone with Duncan Hunter's background and conservative positions on the issues inside of Mitt Romney's body.

But we DO HAVE Duncan Hunter as a candidate, so I’m sticking with him. I no longer feel like I’m going to be chastised for being a social conservative supporting a socon on a socon forum.

I agree...and that's why Hunter and Thompson are well in front of Romeny for me. Rudy is a no-opt for me and I would vote for Romney over him if those were the only options remaining because Mitt is saying the right things and acknowledging that his former positions were wrong, particularly on abortion.
...but it certainly concerns me that it is happening in campaign mode and I would prefer to see either of the other two in the White House until he has a few more years behind him actually acting out those principles.
