A woman’s body does change after pregnancy, yes, but once again, assuming we accept your relativism as gospel, how in the world does that outweigh the child’s interest in life? There is a reason that we punish a person much more severely for murder than for giving someone else a scar. This is really not that hard a concept.
It’s like dealing with an especially slow child. You get the sense that they are probably well-intentioned but simply don’t have the intellectual horsepower to really grasp the situation.
