I can’t really explain it to you and do it justice. You have to see the episode entitled “Best Friends Forever”.

The readers digest version is that Kenny, the 3rd grader who dies in every episode, is an expert at a new game called Heaven vs. Hell on Playstation. He dies, again, because God needs a new angel to help him defend Heaven and calls on him. But the Devil asks Republicans to keep Kenny alive on Earth on life support rather than letting him die and sending him to Heaven to help God.

The classic line, after Cartman his pseudo best friend who only wanted to keep him alive to get his Playstation, occurs when Cartman reads his lost living will which states “If I’m ever in a vegetative state, whatever you do, please don’t show me in that condition on national TV on a continuous loop.”

The moral of the story I guess is that when it’s your time, it’s your time and God has a reason.

Is it “your time” when armed police officers are surrounding you to prevent anyone from giving you food and water?
