Well, I'm certainly not in that group. I've made clear my pro-life position involves first and foremost those who already are walking on the planet. Then I worry about the unborn, because without the former, there won't BE any latter.

Until quite recently I was a member of the NRA (just didn't want to spend more money on dues). I still practice regularly with my weapon.

I worked my tail off for Ken Blackwell, but people need to realize, the most conservative candidates in the U.S. all got defeated last time out, across the board (well, maybe not in Texas or the deep South, but everywhere else). Blackwell was the MOST conservative single candidate anywhere in the U.S., and he got crushed.

Blackwell will do better in 2010. Maybe he can try for governor again, or run for Senate.

I reject the notion that Blackwell was conservative. I had an argument here, but I've removed it. I won't defend my opinion, and feel free to dismiss it. I decided that I'm not rehashing 2006, I just wanted to voice my opinion that Petro would have been the better candidate.
