We all have to make our own decisions, based on our own good decisions and beliefs and motivations.

I cannot compromise on pro-life, though.

I offer you this mangle. ;)

“He therefore is the truest friend to the liberty of this country who tries most to promote its virtue, and who, so far as his power and influence extend, will not suffer a man to be chosen into any office of power and trust who is not a wise and virtuous man....The sum of all is, if we would most truly enjoy this gift of Heaven, let us become a virtuous people.”

Samuel Adams

LOL. Look, whether you know it or not, you "compromise" pro-life all the time.

My pecking order of "life" is,

1) My family's safety.

2) My safety.

3) The safety of my friends. (Yes, I know what Jesus said, but barring a miracle, I don't have that kind of love).

4) The safety of my LIVING countrymen.

5) The life of the unborn.

Terrorists threaten all of the above. Abortion only threatens #5 in the short term. There is NO pro-life movement if al-Qaeda wins. Period.
