Harriet Miers was one, but that was remedied in several weeks.
The Trent Lott debate was unreal. Every article on the sidebar dealth with that issue with Freepers taking sides. I was compelled to register for FR instead of lurking, hence my start date here.

Also the legendary libertarian/drug warrior battles, which in retrospect were particularly ironic being that the freepers from both sides of those threads are now pretty much all united against Rudy.
