I see nothing there to suggest that liberalism should be promoted. I stand by my assessment. There are those whose loyalty is to the party, without regard for values.

When your loyalty is to the party over the values the party says are bedrock, then you can let your party be taken over by those who don’t believe in the values.

And then you will find the party isn’t your party any more, except in name.

As someone who came here when it was "Whitewater", and was more interested in rooting out Clintoniod corruption then advancing a theocon social agenda, it is time for me to depart.

Thanks for the many hours of entertainment...although I really should not be thanking you, but the many posters (most of whom now banned or moved on) that actually created something interesting; something of value and merit.

Now, for the most part, the forum has degenerated into a noise chamber, filled with sound and fury, yet signifying absolutely nothing. Please make sure you remind the sane world that you have nothing to do with the Republican Party, do not endorse the Republican Party, and have mostly Democrat operatives and 3rd Party Cranks as members. And anyone still here that that hasn't yet completely lost their marbles---hang onto your wallets!

Oh, and one last thing....

"Up Yours, Asswipe!"
