My son is in the military. He is an Iraq war vet, and will be redeployed in 2008.

Hillary hates the military, and his very life will be at stake, as well as his future should she get into power.

There is a lot at stake here, and every principled conservative who loves this country had better be in deep thought and prayer about the upcoming primaries as well as the general election.

The attacks on people who have made choices other than what we ourselves have made, or would make, have been inexcusable.

Any pretense that conservatives were thoughtful, decent people is well out the window and smashing on the sidewalk right now.

“My son is in the military.”

Tell him I said “Thank you for your service to our Country”.

“Hillary hates the military, and his very life will be at stake, as well as his future should she get into power.”

True, but Hillary won’t be able to pull our troups out anymore than Congress has been.
No matter what the MSM says, Americans are behind them. And if they even sense for a moment that she would put them in harms way, then the ‘Sh|t will hit the fan’.

“The attacks on people who have made choices other than what we ourselves have made, or would make, have been inexcusable.”

Absolutely agree.

“Any pretense that conservatives were thoughtful, decent people is well out the window and smashing on the sidewalk right now.”

Not entirely, but if we had more ‘principled’ republicans in Congress and less ‘RHINO’s then the image would be different.

The problem with that image is that Conservatives are compromising too easily on the very values that we hold dear.

McCain is one example of compromise to appease friends on the left with ‘McCain/Feingold’.

We need less compromise and more principals that are applied PUBLICLY if that image is ever going to change.

I want the battles drawn on the House floor, like they used to be.

It’s a shame that ‘duels’ have been outlawed. :0)
