X’ians are the Christians what x’mas is to Christmas. Plastic and phony. And all Christians are not x’ians, nor is the celebration of Christmas a phony event.

I understand that there are ‘Sunday going to church’ Christians and ‘everyday’ Christians.
But the statement you made seems to lump ‘all’ Christians together, and that is the issue I have with it.
But it also can be said of Conservatives.
There are ‘Win at all costs’ Conservatives that will look the other way on certain issues, just to keep ‘Hillary out of office’. And there are Conservatives that will not compromise, even if it means sacrificing a temporary place in the Whitehouse.
The Conservative party, in order to preserve itself, must get back to it’s ‘grass roots’.
Anything else is just compromising to ‘get along’.
I’ve never done it and never will.
