You're looking for a confrontation with me. I'm NOT gonna give you total satisfaction. But I will answer two points you posted.
>>>>>But to compare Reagan to "Bush43" in your view is wrong?
That's what I said and that's what I've told you before. Dubya has done fine on social issues, tax cuts and with appointment of justices. He's done okay in the WOT. Iraq is progressing. We shall see. But Bush43 is no Reagan. Period.
More importantly, comparing Rudy Giuliani to Ronald Reagan is an insult to the Reagan legacy. Rudy is a liberal. Reagan was a conservative.
>>>>>>LOL! Sounds like political correctness to me.
Sounds like you can't tell the difference of right from wrong, good from great, and liberal from conservative. So be it.
Did Reagan cut and run from Lebanon?
Seems to me that Bush is more Reagan than Reagan.
I wonder if could get Michael Reagan to run?
For starters, you are wrong.
I defend Rudy's conservative accomplishments -- I criticize Rudy's liberal positions on abortion, 2A, immigration.
I have stated numerous times that I will support a pro life conservative in the primaries such as Fred. I have also said numerous times that I would support Rudy in the General if that was the choice.
Finally, I have said, that having a Rudy as our nominee will most likely cause conservatives to split resulting in a Hillary presidency.
My record is clear from numerous posts on this forum. I believe most posters understand it. You have seen my posts because I have posted many times to you.
Apparently, you are slow to get it.
Now that you bring that comparison up, Rudy agreed with Reagan on some things. Read the Rudy speech at the Reagan libray. Certainly, there are conservative things that Reagan believed that Rudy doesn't get. Roe v. Wade and the Constitution, 2A....
It's not a matter of promoting Rudy. It's the matter of shouting out when conservatism is practiced and succeeds. Even in the liberal hell whole that is NYC.
