The problem is I don’t think there was a “polling” functon then, at least there are no polls in the polls database from that time. So we can’t really tell what the “majority” of the board believed.

True, but I’d say his numbers would have been the same as Tancredo’s were. The overwhelming majority of us supported Bush.
