FR is an good sounding board & excellent forum in which to exercise political debate, but it has no influence on actual politics and/or policy at any level, whether it be local, state or national.
I'm in complete agreement with the criticisms leveled at Rudy & Arnie. Rudy's lack of understanding of what the 2A really means is disturbing, as his lack of appreciation of why family foundation is critical to society's long-term stability.
Yet, at the end of the day, I'll be there pulling the R lever regardless of whose name is there, because quite simply, I can't stand democrats.
The media is trying to tell you who you should vote for. Relax, lets talk about the issues and let people vote for who they believe in. In most cases, we will all get behind that person.
Do we have to start listening to the NY Times all the sudden? If you do, you will start to hyperventilate.
You missed the genesis of the discussion. We weren’t actually talking about the serious issue you raise. A poster said there were freepers who actually said “they would vote for hillary”, and I just asked for links to where they said it.
And there have been no links provided yet. It had nothing to do with interpreting actions as support, it was about a specific claim and verifying that specific claim.
During the attempt to prove that claim, we found a freeper who said he’d give Hillary money. But that freeper never said he’d vote for her.
