I applaud the banishment of those who insisted on posting misrepresentations about conservative candidates.
I have observed three categories of Rudy voters:
a) Those willing to vote for him if he is the nominee.
b) Those who want him to get the nomination.
c) Those willing to prevaricate, obfuscate and yes, outright lie, in order to get him the nomination.
Personally, I have no problem with a or b, but given my druthers everyone in category c would be warned and then banned.
Alright.
I think I agree with you then.
The thing that left a terrible taste in my mouth was the mob-style feeding frenzy on display.
Not very conservative and not particularly Christian in my estimation.
Purges are sometimes neccessary to a movement when they clearly threatens the objectives of the movement. My party in Norway was just about taken over by rabid libertarians, but was saved by a purge that left some wounds. In the end though, the party ended up stronger. We are now challenging the labour party to be the largest party in Norway. Yay us :-)
Anyhow, as a foreigner it is not my battle to fight, although we Norskies have an awful tendency to stick our noses where they don’t belong :-)
My two favourite candidates are Fred Thompson and Tom Tancredo.
As Tancredo’s prospects don’t seem all that bright and shining at the moment, I really hope that Thompson jumps into the fray.
Have a good day Petronski.
Cheers,
Euro.
