If conservatives will not draw the line that says, "We're not voting Republican if Giuliani is the nominee," and mean it, the net result will be that the political establishment will not take conservatives seriously, and will go right ahead and nominate Giuliani anyway.

You do realize that it is all registered Republicans who are able to vote in a primary, right?

I certainly do. In fact, in some states, primaries are open to anyone who shows up at the polls and declares himself a Republican.

I also recognize that not all Republicans are social conservatives.
