I don’t think so...more a desire to do things like this:

(which was my attempt to do something positive)

It is sad when people think that doing something positive to help people feel better and get motivated during campaign season is seen as an attempt to give “marching orders.”

We can turn lemons into lemonade and do something that will make a difference, or we can stay sad and suck lemons.

I don’t like to suck lemons. It sets my teeth on edge and gives me a tummy ache.

Your mileage may vary. I hope you find your own light soon.

Time for another quote, especially from a person who makes cookies!

"You find yourself refreshed by the presence of cheerful people. Why not make an honest effort to confer that pleasure on others? Half the battle is gained if you never allow yourself to say anything gloomy." -- Julia Childs
