Ahhh, but FR lives on, those who left will most likely meander back and those that left a vacancy will give opportunity to those that stood in the shadows. Everyone is replaceable.

Leadership can be difficult, because when you make a statement on direction you get mixed results always, but patience will lend itself to achievement. Set the objective, let the division take its course, and cull the objections to the goal. The goal has been expressed so I don’t need to rehash that.

Progress takes leadership and we have witnessed it. For those that scoff and deride FR, those who think the funding will take a hit, I say let them. Great leaders and great foundations always took the road less traveled and risked finance, risked scorn, and risked relevance. It’s the chance you take, but the movement will be much larger than any one person or website.

Move it right. Win.

Well, I suppose on one hand everyone is replaceable. The other side is that every human being is unique, with his own thoughts, feelings, and actions.

No man is an island,
Entire of itself.
Each is a piece of the continent,
A part of the main.
If a clod be washed away by the sea,
Europe is the less.
As well as if a promontory were.
As well as if a manner of thine own
Or of thine friend's were.
Each man's death diminishes me,
For I am involved in mankind.
Therefore, send not to know
For whom the bell tolls,
It tolls for thee.

John Donne
