Most polls I've seen on abortion are in the range of one-third oppose all abortions starting with the day of conception, one-fourth support all abortions right up to the day before birth, and the rest waffle, depending on things such as the duration of pregnancy and whether rape or incest are involved.

Admittedly most of these polls are from MSM sources. But I've never seen a credible poll indicating that a majority of the population supports a total, day one of pregnancy ban regardless of circumstances.

The majority support severely restricting abortion along the lines of the "only in cases of rape, incest, and life of the mother" exceptions.

My argument is with the "we must change hearts and minds" fallacy. The majority of hearts and minds are already closer to the pro-life position than the current abortion of demand culture imposed by Roe and Casey. There never was a pro-abortion majority and the "hearts and minds" argument is made by those brainwashed by the pro-abortion forces and media and too chicken poop to take a position that they wrongly perceive as unpopular on the most important moral issue of the last half century.
