There are a number of lifestyles and habits that I find odious. But I expect conservatives, much more than liberals, to know the difference between "Lifestyle X is repellent to me" and "Lifestyle X should be punished by the state's police power".
How about: "People who speak out against Lifestyle X or who protest the indoctrination of their children into it shall be punished by the state."
There's social liberalism, Rudy Giuliani style, in a nutshell. There's your coercive big government. There's reality. It's a shame you are so blind you can't see it.
