You’re still deluded. I was referencing the founder’s failure to apply “all men” to blacks.

It was a fraudulent statement at the time and we’re still paying the price for the founder’s failure to include the black man as “all men”.

The word "and" separates the two clauses, which means that you're saying that the founding principle of this republic, which JR stated, is fraudulent.
If you want to retract your statement, that's fine. But words mean things.
