No outside attack could ever have done the damage to FR that this thread has already done

I have no particular hunt in this debate other than seeing that FR remains the premier forum for conservate causes on the web. I am very sad to see many FRiends I know leave for other forums. However, I would suggest that this thread is likely the result of a deliberate attack on FR. Just this comment posted on WA today, 29 Apr 2007, anecdotically, demonstrates what I mean.

I honestly wish that site well - everyone has a right to congregate in a place where they can support the site’s charter. That said, they need to do something about the forum software. The couple times I’ve been over there I found it to be utterly unreadable.
