Would it be too much to ask people to admit that anyone not closing the borders

You can't CLOSE the boarders .. for many reasons

Though I'm all for making our border security stronger .. I never said I was against that

Sure you can build a wall or a good fence, and patrol with enough personnel to do the job. North and South Korea have been squared off against a closed border since before I was born. There may be people who want it to remain open for Economic and/or Political reasons, but militarily it wouldn't be that difficult a task.
