Frankly, I’ve always enjoyed Mad Ivan, and his posts.
And, I was on his ping list.

“WideAwakes wouldn’t be the first forum with a “secret room”.”

Of course they aren’t.
BUT...WHY would any forum feel the need for a “secret room?”

Just about every group of friends likes to be able to talk privately. A forum has three choices - be totally private, have no private place to talk or to have a non-public room. Many choose to have a private room so they can have the rest of the forum open to the public.
