The protection of the unborn from extermination would be protected by state and local laws.

Then why have a Preamble that guarantees the blessings of liberty to our POSTERITY? Why have a Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment that guarantees the the right to life of any innocent person?

No.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments protect human life against the federal government.

It is the Ninth Amendment that says, unalienable rights not enumerated do exist and it is the Tenth Amendment that says these non enumerated rights are best protected by the states.

Roe v. Wade is bad law and Fred agrees (with the Constitution). The protection of the unborn from extermination is best protected by state and local laws.

Idiotic. The Fourteenth Amendment clarifies the Fifth Amendment, and couldn't be clearer on this subject.. Don't you know how to read?

Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

What is it about that that you can't understand?
