Do you really think that's it's only 30-40 people that have left FR??? I know two lurkers who have tossed in the towel myself. Sir, there are quite likely thousands.

I guess that will all be determined when the next fund raiser comes along. My character is such that I simply cannot walk away, at least not without making the point - again - that the purge has impacted fellow conservatives as well. If Free Republic considers those losses unfortunate "collateral damage" and/or not "real" conservatives, then it will be the lessor for it.

Sad to make it about money which it is not about. Trust me when I say that there are people willing to mitigate any financial distress to this site.
