I look at this more as the firing of an employee for attacking and harrassing co-workers, lying to customers, and/or sabotaging the company product—in this case conservatism. That’s my take, anyway.

I have been here since 98 (actually 97 but I couldnt make my $200 computer work) I have had a enough fights with people in that time ...I have found the easiest and best way to handle somone who said something I didnt like is to find the off button or try another thread.
