The last dance of the RINO Ents.Hmm.
Knitting: “It’s a conservative tent. They don’t 100% overlap.”
I've always thought FR is whatever it is at a given point, not what it sez on the intro page, nor what anybody wants it to be.
Kinda like a garden. Stuff grows, and it depends on what you consider a weed. So JimRob comes in and plows a bunch of stuff under, maybe the place becomes what he wants.
But I think it's interesting, that even here after the 'purge' Knitting and L'T and txradio all mix and match FR being a "conservative site" and others talking about the "RINOs being purged."
RINOs is not interchangeable with CINOs, if we are to believe that Conservative credentials are more important than Republican creds. Right?

I’ll concede the point, but where I mix, CINO is more commonly rendered as “Christian In Name Only”. Although, a lot of churches would prolly like Julie-Annie, too. Pro-gay, Pro Choice, Anti-Gun, cross dressing serial divorcer. About the same speed for the “progressive” churches out there.
Seriously, I understand what you mean. CINO means something different for me, though.

If this was a truly public meeting place you could say that. But we are meeting on private property, so the owner has more imput, than say if we met in a public park.
But I do believe that conservative credentials probably matter more...But it's like a venn diagram. On one side, is the GOP. On the other side are all folks that consider themselves conservative. In the middle is the section that matters most to FR: those whose conservativism matches the Reagan Revolution ideals and JimRob's mission statement. Those are the most important credentials of all here.
Of course the diagram isn't proportionally correct...but it was the first blank venn diagram I could find to edit!
