Almost certainly, yes to both.

So the American people want radical “Act Up” gays influencing our society and exposing our children to this “accepted behavior”. So Americans want illegal criminals immigrants getting aid and be protected by mayors like Giuliani all over this country?

Probably not - but they also want most people to be left alone by the government, most of the time.
